• You have 14 days to cancel — starting from the day you (or someone you designated) received the goods, or from the day the contract for a service was concluded.
• You don't need to explain why. There are no hidden steps, and you're under no obligation to call us.
• Enter your name and email address, then confirm. Immediately after you confirm, we'll email you a receipt confirmation—please keep it as proof.
• We will refund all payments you made for the order, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
• If your order consists of physical goods, please return them within 14 days of notifying us. We may wait until we receive them (or your proof of return) before issuing a refund; you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless we have stated otherwise.
• By law, certain items cannot be returned (for example, sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery, event tickets for a specific date, or digital content that you agreed to start using immediately). If this applies, we will let you know.
